FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

Anything we missed? Call or email us — we're happy to help.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This lets us offer the time to another client. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be charged for the booked session.

Do you offer direct billing to insurance?

Yes. We bill many extended health insurers directly, so you often pay only the portion your plan doesn't cover. Bring your insurance card to your first visit, or call us ahead of time to confirm your plan is supported. We also provide official receipts for every treatment if you prefer to claim yourself.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No referral is needed to book massage therapy. However, some insurance plans require a doctor's note for reimbursement — check your plan's terms or ask your insurer before your visit.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to complete a short health history form. Your RMT will discuss your concerns and goals, then tailor the treatment to you. You'll be draped comfortably throughout, and your therapist will check in on pressure and comfort during the session.

Is HST included in your prices?

Yes — all listed rates include HST. The price on our rate table is exactly what you pay.

Is prenatal massage safe?

Yes. Our RMTs are trained in prenatal massage and use safe, comfortable side-lying positioning at every stage of pregnancy. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, check with your healthcare provider first.

Is there parking at the clinic?

Yes — ample free parking is available on site at 45 Gateway Blvd (Suite 121).

How do I book?

Book online anytime at our booking page — you can choose your treatment, therapist and time in under a minute. You can also call us at +1 289 205 3900. The clinic operates by appointment only, seven days a week, 10 am to 7 pm.
